Location - ANYWHERE on the east coast (no boats or floating vessels)

This is a catch and release striped bass surf benefit tournament

Leader board positions are determined by overall length of your fish

Start time Wednesday November 26th at 6pm and ending Sunday November 30h at 11:59 pm

Upon catching a fish you wish to submit as an entry, you will need to measure and take a picture of the entire fish with ID card and show length from tip of head to LONGEST part of the tail, with ruler placed next to fish, We all have measured fish before and know what to do.

• Entire fish, ruler and ID card must be in picture in order to be valid

• Fish photos must show ENTIRE fish

• Ruler placed next to fish

• Ruler must be legible and fully visible with no bends or bows to be valid

• Hand written ID card must be in picture showing anglers name and code

• Fish pictures MUST be sent in with in 24 hours of catching to be valid

• you can upgrade your fish as many times as needed as long as its larger then your previous fish

Pics must be clear and not blurry (take a bunch if needed and submit the clearest) Videos are ok too

If there is a tie in lengths the tie breaker win will go to the first submitted pic (doesn’t matter what time you caught the fish, fish is scored from the time your submitted pic is received)

This is a merit based benefit tournament, please keep that in mind, this is for fun and more importantly it’s for a cause

Some pictures will be posted to the event page, so take some decent action shots and forward along

Wednesday November 26th we will be posting the code you need to write on your ID cards

you will receive the contact phone number to send entry pics

You can only win one placement, your placement is based on your longest fish

ID cards - Simple way to do them is a large index card or half sheet of printer paper with hand written anglers name and code in sharpie, you can put clear tape over or in a zip lock to protect it from water smearing

GYOTAKU Raffle

GYOTAKU doormat fluke print by Som. This is a one of a kind stand out display piece.

This piece measures 37 x 22 inches and has been created on canvas as an authentic imprint of the actual fish. Using traditional Japanese ink, the fish is carefully printed and then hand-rendered. Each work is finalized with signature stamps, personally carved from stone in South Korea.

Gyotaku (魚拓) is a traditional Japanese art form that began in the 1800s as a way for fishermen to record their catches.
